1.Master’s degree or higher in organic synthesis, medicinal chemistry, or related fields, with a strong background in research and development;
2.More than 4 years of relevant working experience;
3.An excellent management team’s ability to take responsibility and actively motivate the work enthusiasm of team members;
4.Possessing soild professional knowledge and strong problem-solving skills, able to proficiently use English to consult literature and write project reports in both Chinese and English;
5.Has a strong sense of responsibility, innovative awareness, and a strong spirit of teamwork, with a keen interest in organic synthesis.
1.Lead the project team to complete project tasks and track project progress;
2.Guide the experimental work of direct subordinates and be responsible for the safe operation of the laboratory;
3.Mainly engaged in the design and synthesis of new compounds, or the synthesis and process optimization of clinical compounds and marketed drugs;
4.Skilled in literature review and designing synthetic routes for new compounds;
5.According to the references, independently carry out small-scale tests for multi-step reactions and optimize the process;
6.Write the experimental steps for the project report and patent application;
7.Able to provide scientifically sound guidance and solutions to the problems encountered during the experiment.
